I typically don't suggest major renovations as they don't necessarily equate to a higher selling price, but minor repairs and a thorough cleaning are the most recommended courses of action.
2. PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR SALE
The best way to market your home is through visuals. After the home has been cleaned and any maintenance issues resolved, it's time to bring in a photographer to capture some stunning photos of the property.
A photographer with architectural experience is important as they will know the angles, lighting, and details required in the photos to illuminate its most attractive qualities.
